Responsibilities
* Assist to implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates and ensure timely fulfillment of cadre requirements.
* Assist to conduct comprehensive orientation sessions and facilitate all necessary joining formalities for new employees.
* Coordinate KPI reviews with management and departmental heads, ensuring timely completion of performance evaluations and maintaining accurate and up-to-date evaluation statistics and documentation.
* Assist for regularly review and update job descriptions for all positions, consulting with respective managers to ensure they reflect current roles and responsibilities.
* Provide assistance to conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps, prepare and manage the training calendar, and follow up on training plans to evaluate their effectiveness.
* Assist in resolving employee grievances by coordinating with necessary channels and maintaining records.
* Support and execute company-wide HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
* Degree/ Diploma (PQHRM or HR Qualification) in relevant Field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience In a HR Assistant or similar capacity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability To maintain a high level of confidentiality and to manage the work under pressure.
* Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
