As an HR Generalist, you will be a vital part of our Human Resources team, ensuring that our hospital staff receives the support and services they need to provide excellent patient care
You will handle a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and benefits administration
Recruitment: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment
Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and hospital policies
