Job Description

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver II to deliver products to customers from our store using box and flat-bed trucks. In this role, you’ll ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and safely transported to the correct customers, adhering to all company and transportation guidelines. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, handling customer interactions professionally, and maintaining a safe driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and load customer orders onto the truck properly.
• Ensure forms and documents are accurately completed.
• Transport and deliver products safely and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and report any repair or servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Operate necessary equipment such as trucks and forklifts.
• Perform additional in-store tasks, including warehouse duties, tinting, and customer assistance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• License: Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Medical: Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or ability to obtain within five days of a conditional offer.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• Availability: Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of delivery driver experience.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Prior experience selling paint products.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
