Senior Quality Assurance Engineers

 

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and create test plans that effectively test the software's functionality.

- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases and scripts to validate software functionality and identify defects.

- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, isolate, and debug defects.

- Monitor software quality metrics and report on defects and issues to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve the quality assurance process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and techniques.

- Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and automation scripts.

- Participate in the release process and ensure that all software releases meet quality standards.

- Work with US clients to understand their requirements and provide quality assurance support throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Conduct database testing and ETL process testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the quality assurance team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual and automated testing.

- Experience working with US clients and understanding their software requirements and expectations.

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including test plan development, test case creation, and test script automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with database testing and ETL process testing is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
