About the Job:

Our client is seeking a talented Media Buyer with podcast experience for a 3-month temporary assignment, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with a leading independent audio ad agency. Location: Remote

Dates: October 1, 202
4 – December 30, 2024

Pay Rate: $28-33/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, negotiate, and execute media schedules across audio channels, leveraging performance data and research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to enhance client performance.
• Identify and evaluate new media opportunities to help clients grow and scale.
• Continuously assess and refine media schedules to exceed client goals.
• Oversee junior team members and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of media buying experience (direct response buying is a plus).
• Strong planning experience and proficiency in media buying systems (Strata preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Proven negotiation skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
