He is responsible for managing and providing advanced technical support to a team of three IT Support Engineers. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues while ensuring that the team meets SLAs and maintains high standards of customer service. The position involves managing end-user support, hardware and software maintenance, and overseeing network-related issues. Additionally, this role will act as a point of escalation for complex problems and support IT projects as needed to ensure business continuity.


 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

(Required for the job) :

·        Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent is advantageous.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

(Required for the job): 

·        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on end-user support, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.

·        Prior experience leading or managing a team is preferred.

·        Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as experience with mobile devices (Android/iOS).

·        Familiarity with CCTV systems, vehicle tracking devices, and other security technologies.
