Job Description

• Two years of experience in the food and beverage industry is required in UAE, and fluency in Russian is essential. Visa and accommodation are provided.
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and establishing vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and quality will also fall under your purview.
• Additionally, your role as the Food and Beverage Manager involves actively engaging with guests, seeking feedback, and promptly addressing any concerns to enhance the overall dining experience and cultivate positive customer relationships.
• Work closely with the culinary team to craft and update menus, keeping them in line with the latest trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure the food and beverage staff are well-trained and motivated, providing consistent service and upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• As the Food and Beverage Manager, your duties include managing inventory, sourcing supplies, and forging strong partnerships with vendors to ensure top-notch products at competitive prices.
• Plan and implement strategies to meet financial goals, leveraging your role as the Food and Beverage Manager to optimize resources and control expenditures.
• Manage inventory, handle supply orders, and nurture vendor connections to secure favorable pricing and guarantee the best supplies for the food and beverage department.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest dining experiences and increase revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders and maintain exceptional customer relations.
