Looking for ATL/TL - MEAN
Requirements
* Extensive experience in Angular and front-end development.
* Strong understanding of JavaScript-based web technologies, libraries, and frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in full-stack development.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
* Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Solid understanding of design principles, patterns, coding practices, and code quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the CTO and other company leads in setting up the company’s engineering structure for future growth.
* Design and develop high-quality front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, AWS, and Git.
* Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the development lifecycle, including both front-end and back-end development.
* Ensure the performance, security, scalability, and optimization of applications, while advocating coding standards and engineering best practices.
* Collaborate remotely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders using appropriate tools in a fully agile environment.
