An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Officer (Sundry) to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage and Brandbank Group.
This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the sundry creditor ledger along with the processing of invoices in a timely manner and actioning vendor payments within terms.

- Process all International and local payments while working to deadlines and vendor payment timelines
- Ensure all purchase orders are approved for received invoices
- Liaise with creditors regarding discrepancies and conduct investigations accordingly
- Reconciled aged trial balance to be provided to the Team Leader at the end of each month
- Maintain subsidiary ledger
- Any other duties as required
- Happy to work on-site 5 days per week in St Kilda Rd Offices.
- 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in the retail industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferable
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in accounting
- Ability to reconcile Statement to Trial Balance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability manage and prioritise time according to business requirements while being highly proactive to resolve matters within timeframes
- Strong organisation skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
