Account Service Associate - Bank of China Box Hill Branch

 


Bank of China is seeking a skilled energetic and highly motivated Account Service Associate to join Melbourne Box Hill Branch.


The individual will be mainly responsible for Bank Business Operation and Customer Inquires.

Candidates should possess appropriate tertiary qualifications with strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese. 


To be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:   


  1. Thorough understanding of banking industry and market in Australia
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of various of retail banking products, i.e. Deposit, Remittance, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, as well as Accounts Opening;
  3. Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated;
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of different backgrounds;
  5. Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written;
  6. Exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team;
