We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze business processes and data to provide insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Create business reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Perform digital analysis to optimize online presence and digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to enhance customer engagement and experience.
IDEAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role for 1-2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, MySQL, BI tools).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
